Coed Tŷ Brown is a beautiful mixed broad leaf and coniferous woodland. With help from friends and family we began planting trees at Coed Tŷ Brown in 2008 when it was just a bracken bank, look at it now!
A sustainable, working woodland, the timber gained from managing our woodland is used for firewood and green woodwork crafts. One day the woodland will produce timber for the next generation of timber frame builders.
A place for relaxation, fun and adventures, Coed Tŷ Brown provides foraging and wild cooking opportunities, as well as a rich habitat for local wildlife.
Leaf is a qualified ecologist, youth worker and forest school leader specialising in environmental outdoor education.
Stick is a qualified forester and a timber framed building specialist.
